Meet two of our wonderful 3rd graders here to tell us all about our weekly assemblies (called our Eagle's Nest gathering)!

These assemblies have been great in building our sense of community and teamwork. In them we like to do the pledge of allegiance and our school chant, practice some mindfulness and breathing exercises to keep us calm, and get lots of fun in! Sometimes this looks like schoolwide challenges (challenge a teacher to a competition!), other times this is watching skits put on by our 5th graders teaching us about our word of the month, and even other times this is presentations from outside organizations like the Raptor Center or OMSI.

We love having this time together as a school! Go Eagles!
