We have SO many fun things going on here at Elmira Elementary, that we thought it would be fun to share them with our community! To that end, we are excited to introduce our new monthly "Did You Know" series!

Did you know...that we have a cool running program here at EES? The kids run or walk laps every Wednesday during PE and earn little foot charms for every 5 miles they complete throughout the year. Many kids keep their charms every year from Kinder-5th grade and have amazing giant necklaces by the end of 5th grade! This program promotes health through exercise and we love watching our Eagles grow and soar through the years.

As a school this year, we have already run 3,176 miles!
